Shipping policy

1. General information about shipping

We ship our products within Germany and EU countries as standard.

If you would like to have it shipped to a country outside the EU, please send us an email to hello@padel-hype.store so that we can check the possibilities and costs for you individually.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

From an order value of 100€ we ship free of charge for you.

For a lower order value, we will charge you the following costs:

Standard shipping within Germany: €5.90 – delivery time approx. 5-7 working days

Shipping within the EU: €9.90 – delivery time approx. 7-10 working days

International shipping outside the EU: individual check and calculation of costs (see above)

3. Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

4. Damaged or lost orders

If your package arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@padel-hype.store.

5. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 30 days. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.

Please contact us in advance at hello@padel-hype.store to register a return.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging together with the completed return label to:
